Why this isn't generic advice
Most "start an ISP" content online is written by equipment vendors trying to sell you gear, or by people who never had to collect a monthly payment from a customer in person. This playbook comes from actually pricing day passes for tourists, writing the service agreement used on real installs, and figuring out — the hard way — which corners are safe to cut when you have zero investor money and every peso has to come from a paying customer.
How delivery works
This is an independent, bootstrapped product — literally built the same way the playbook describes running a business: lean, and by hand. There's no automated checkout yet, so here's exactly what happens after you pay:
- Pay via the PayPal button above ($19 USD).
- Email your payment confirmation to alejandro.amezquita@alumnos.udg.mx with the subject "WISP Launch Kit purchase".
- You'll receive the full download (playbook + templates + calculator, as a zip) by email within 24 hours.
If you don't receive it within 24 hours, reply to your own email — inbox delays happen and we'll sort it out.
FAQ
- Is this specific to one country?
- The operational content (equipment, pricing, monitoring, customer management) applies anywhere. Section 8 covers regulatory considerations at a general level and tells you explicitly to check local rules — this isn't legal advice.
- I already have customers — is this still useful?
- The templates (service agreement, install checklist, pricing calculator) are useful at any stage. The playbook is most valuable pre-launch through your first ~100 customers.
- Refunds?
- If the kit isn't useful to you, email the address above within 7 days of purchase and it'll be refunded, no argument.
